We collect information about you through our forms purely to communicate bookings, services and enquiries.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
The only information we collect is data you have provided through contact (our web forms, email and phone).
Booking and client data is held in a database (Acuity) for records.
We can delete that data on request.

booking & payment
To confirm your booking full payment must be received before or on arrival
You can pay by bank transfer, direct debit, cash or credit and debit cards
Payments for weekly lessons are billed monthly
Pay as you go options are available, please speak to a YMA admin.
Regular Time Slots
To guarantee the same regular time slot lessons must be billed and paid monthly. This will be your slot and no one else will take that slot until the student cancels or changes time. Failure to complete payments may result in losing your lesson slot or class place and lesson time may not be confirmed.
Full payment must be received on booking at least 24 hours before class or classes start.
Studio services require a deposit which must be paid on booking with full payment due 24 hours in advance of the requested date/time.
